Job Description

We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills and can handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, learn, and apply knowledge of the transportation business. This is a key position in our organization requiring focused attention on shipping details and the ability to communicate effectively with coworkers and clients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with customers/clients, visitors, and co-workers
  • Utilize proper phone etiquette
  • Help customers with movement of personal household goods into and out of Hawaii
  • Organize and maintain inbound and outbound files and follow through with customers on key dates
  • Maintain email correspondence with service providers; provide timely response to logistic inquiries and customer contact
  • Work with Operations Team to facilitate moving services to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and follow through on commitments
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in an effort to promote a climate that facilitates future sales for the organizations
  • Support Sales Representatives by performing all administrative tasks needed to facilitate the closing of sales opportunities
  • Assist Sales Representatives with providing quotes
  • Motivated to learn different roles in our office and be eager for advancement

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Have a positive, friendly, “can do” attitude
  • Must be reliable and hardworking
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office; Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment; computer, printer/copier, fax, postage machine, and phone systems

Required Education /Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years customer service experience required
  • 1+ years inside sales experience is preferred

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
