What You Will Accomplish:

  • Manage technical aspects of our marketing automation system Marketo, as well as lead capture, scoring, routing, and enrichment capabilities using 3rd party tools like ZoomInfo, 6Sense, LeanData, etc.

  • Ensure that campaigns are planned, configured, and executed in a timely and predictable manner

  • Working with the Account Development Team, ensure that campaigns are expected ahead of the delivery and the team know about what makes the leads from a specific campaign special

  • Build, test, launch and optimize landing pages and email campaigns including lead nurture flows, data management, and A/B testing

  • Refine the Parent / Child architecture for creating & executing campaigns in a scalable and efficient manner while ensuring comprehensive campaign performance, pipeline and ROI reporting can be obtained

  • Work with the various business owners to load balance the flow of campaigns and emails to maximize the impact of each while ensuring volume does not become "abusive"

  • Manage the enrichment of the Contact Database and ensure that it is growing, records are complete and in a manner that allows segmentation by vertical, Geo, role and other ways

  • Help the account-based marketing program by building ways to target specific accounts with more targeted outreach, more comprehensive content and higher "touch" follow up

  • Develop and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in our marketing and sales funnel

  • Work closely with Demand Generation and Sales Ops, as well as the SDR team to continuously improve the quality and accuracy of leads delivered

What You Will Bring:

  • 8+ years of experience with 3-5 years of marketing operations experience at a B2B SaaS company

  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and its integrations with other MarTech and SalesTech stacks

  • Experience working with Salesforce

  • Clear understanding of marketing funnels and sales lifecycle

  • ABM experience is highly preferred
