Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experience Sales professional to field calls to prospective clients who owe the IRS and or State. You will identify through qualifying financial questions what best tax resolution programs are available to them. The Senior Sales Representative is a resource and advocate offering prospective clients support, guidance and accountability through the onboarding process. It’s a rewarding experience offering tax relief and support to those who are burdened with it.

- Ensure the highest quality client experience from an individual’s first contact
- Drive client acquisition by calling and fielding prospective leads, listening to their concerns and creating a plan of action to resolve them
- Manage your lead pipeline to meet/exceed all assigned monthly objectives
Requirements
- Shown success in telephone sales
- Some college coursework or continuing education
- Computer experience and proficiency; able to navigate sites and applications; technically literate
- Front facing customer experience
- No previous tax experience necessary. Paid, on the job training.
Preferred
- Four-year degree
- Tax Industry experience
Pay
- Pay Range is $84,408 - $120,912
- Pay is mixture of a base pay and monthly bonus. An average performing rep makes $94k. An above average rep will far exceed that.
