We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst with a can-do attitude who is excited about the prospect of joining a fast-paced environment at one of Toronto’s high-growth startups. At HiMama, we’re on a mission to empower Early Childhood Educators and influence learning outcomes for children aged zero to five. We believe in owning positive change, and our new Revenue Operations Analyst will play a key role in delivering the data and insights needed to drive that mission.

Revenue Operations at HiMama

RevOps at HiMama is a centralized operations team supporting our entire go-to-market org, from Marketing to Sales to Customer Success. We own the technology, processes, and data that drive efficiencies across the entire customer journey. The team is stacked with technical, hardworking ops folks—you’ll gain exposure to the entire customer lifecycle, while providing the data infrastructure, analysis and insights needed for our revenue teams to grow and scale.

The RevOps Analyst Role
You love answering difficult questions with data and uncovering pieces of insight folks may not have even thought to ask for in the first place. You are proficient with excel and know how to take a spreadsheet to the next level by providing the ‘so what?’ behind every metric. Leveraging your deep understanding of business, financial, and performance metrics, you know how to build a world-class dashboard that is easy to read and helps revenue leaders manage their business more effectively. Moreover, you’re a guru at identifying problems and designing and implementing solutions—you know what pieces of data you need, which ones are missing, and how to work cross-functionally to implement solutions to issues you’ve proactively identified. You’re a highly independent worker, but know how to collaborate across multiple teams. You enjoy being in fast growing teams where challenges are abundant and adapt quickly to changes. What You'll Be Doing:

    • You will own data quality for the entire revenue function, working with the RevOps team and other stakeholders to implement data governance and quality control
    • You will support the management team by leading relevant analyses and offering actionable insight into areas of opportunity
    • You will prioritize these areas of opportunity and work with peers in RevOps and other departments to build and execute on project plans aimed at moving these recommendations forward
    • You’ll build forecasts and revenue models to assist with business planning
    • You will build, optimize, and maintain real-time dashboards, with a keen eye on turning data into actionable insights
    • You will own weekly and monthly reporting for the RevOps team, providing key performance metrics updates to the revenue leaders on a regular basis
    • You will own and develop a roadmap for data infrastructure, working closely with Ops Managers and our Salesforce (SFDC) Admin to build robust, reliable data sets in SFDC
    • You will build and maintain a library of reports, definitions, and dashboards to be used as a resource for revenue management

What We're Looking For:

    • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) from an accredited University or post-secondary institution
    • 2-4 years experience in an Analyst role at a SaaS company or financial institution, or in a consulting role at a major consulting firm
    • Experience using Excel at an advanced level is a must (SQL is a plus) - must be comfortable working with large datasets from a variety of sources (CRM experience is a plus)
    • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to analyze complex problems and provide simple solutions
    • Strong project management skills with experience in impact analysis and prioritization
    • Organized and able to manage a large volume of tasks independently
    • Ability to manage projects from concept through implementation
    • Keen attention to detail, with a methodical approach to data collection, auditing, and analysis
