To help support our impressive growth, Kinective is looking for a an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Account Executive team.

As an integral part of Kinective's sales team, the Enterprise Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our continued market dominance. This position offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of sales within a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Hit Bookings Goals: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly bookings targets. Develop and execute effective strategies to ensure sales team success.
  • Lead & Mentor Sales Team: Guide, inspire, and mentor a team of sales professionals. Ensure team members achieve their individual sales targets and contribute effectively to team goals.
  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to drive sales growth in new and existing clients, prospects, and markets.
  • Market Strategy and Implementation: Work with EVP of sales to devise a comprehensive market strategy focusing on customer acquisition, expansion, and cross-sell. Implement plans effectively to maximize sales outcomes.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive business approach and the achievement of overall company objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of SaaS sales management experience, preferably in FinTech, or Banking Technology industries. This position isn’t for rookies.
  • Proven track record of leading a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Located in AZ, the position with the sales leadership team is 4-5 days a week in the office.
