JOB OVERVIEW:

The Sr. Manager Regional Partnerships is responsible for the overall production and growth of the Region through its Indirect Partner programs. This is done through the management of the existing Brinks Home Authorized Dealer base as well as the recruiting of new Authorized Dealers within the region.

IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree or three to five years documented B2B sales experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Alarm security experience preferred
  • Travel necessity
  • A record of demonstrated effectiveness in managing sales processes.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in B2B presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An enthusiastic personality and a driven work ethic.
  • Manage sales process through qualification, needs analysis, negotiation, and close.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about Brinks Home products and services.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the territory, marketplace, and competitive offerings.
  • Use effective time and territory management to maximize results.
  • Be an active team player both on the sales team and throughout Brinks Home to help meet company objectives and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Compiles lists of prospective dealers for use as sales leads, based on information from vendor partnerships, business directories, industry ads, trade shows, Internet Web sites, and other sources.
  • Prospects for new clients in a 6- to 12-state region, with a mix of 70/30 cold calling to company leads, and closes new business within assigned region.
  • Sets up appointments and travels throughout assigned region to visit prospective dealers.
  • Works with Director of Sales to prepare negotiations and contract agreements.
  • Maintains continuous communication with dealers in Due Diligence to provide updates, clarification, and new information.
  • Attends trade shows to identify potential dealer customers.
  • Proactively works to maximize the performance of the team and organization.
  • Maintain all new and existing ongoing vendor relationships.
