About the role
Fourthwall is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the founding member of our new marketing team. You will drive our go-to-market strategy and help position our product as a leader in the creator space. You will gain a deep understanding of our buyers, the competitive landscape, and the creator economy and use that knowledge to play a key role in converting and retaining more customers.
You are a T-shaped marketer with a broad understanding of product marketing, analytics, market/user research, content marketing, engagement/lifecycle marketing, sales enablement, and SEO/organic acquisition. You will walk in our customer's shoes to represent their voice internally and incorporate their insights into product positioning, taking into consideration the target audience, pain points, problems solved, and our unique differentiators.
This role reports to the Head of Growth and is full-time. While we're all remote for the moment, we're looking for a candidate who is comfortable with a hybrid-office role (expected to be in office 2-3 days/week post COVID) in our Venice, California location.
What you will do
Own strategy and execution for a bulk of the marketing function from end-to-end, including setting goals, managing a budget and prioritizing initiatives
Drive and execute on GTM for key product releases to increase conversion for our pipeline and drive customer loyalty (develop product messaging, etc.)
Train and empower our sales team to deliver value-driven positioning focused on a deep understanding of customer pain points
Run experiments and provide data-driven, analytically rigorous insights to test different channels and iterate on our marketing strategy
Perform competitive analysis to help us understand how we can strengthen our position in the market and pinpoint where we need to optimize
Lay the foundation for key marketing capabilities, including Product Marketing, SEO, CRM, Market Research, and Customer Insights

What you likely have
5-7 years of tech and start-up product marketing experience
Experience in both consumer and SMB as well as scaling B2B self-serve businesses
Deep knowledge of marketing fundamentals and best practices, including demand gen/acquisition, SEO, lifecycle/engagement, experiments/growth, and brand, with an appetite to continue learning and growing
Excellent project management capabilities
Copywriting skills - able to write effectively for multiple objectives and audiences
Incredibly strong written/verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to lead through influence and effectively collaborate with a cross-functional team
