Job Summary:

  • Based in our Seattle headquarters near the vibrant Pike Place Market (possible home-based position), The Inside Sales Representative is a key contributor to the continued success of Concord’s growing Sales Team. In this frontline, quota-bearing position you will sell Concord’s portfolio of cloud services to new Prospects, with a focus on document process automation within the healthcare industry. Job Responsibilities:

  • Help accelerate Concord’s rapid revenue growth by qualifying, managing, and closing document process automation and document delivery opportunities within the healthcare and other verticals
  • Align Concord’s suite of technologies to real issues plaguing highly regulated industries using thorough discovery practices; and positioning yourself and Concord as a trusted solution__
  • Ensure all prospects and customers get timely responses to inquiries and assist in finding the appropriate Concord resources based on the client, opportunity profile, and nature of inquiry
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of inbound lead data uploaded or entered into CRM. Research new leads through use of multiple resources (i.e. Definitive Healthcare, LinkedIn, Google). Route new leads appropriately based on territory, industry vertical, health system or opportunity size
  • Be the face of Concord for prospects interested in learning more about our suite of solutions
  • Act as a voice of the market by recognizing problems that can be solved by Concord’s suite of Document Process Automation solutions; and by collecting feedback from the market on unaddressed issues and informing the Product Team of feature requests or product needs

Qualifications: *
Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of Inside Sales experience in technology required. College graduates also encouraged to apply but may have limited duties until necessary skill-set is developed. Candidate must demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and possess the ability to learn new products, industries and technologies quickly. Candidates that are able to demonstrate a history of solving customer problems with technology are strongly considered.Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.

An Inside Sales Representative, as part of his or her normal duties, requires access to only select confidential customer information and will be exposed to limited Concord company confidential information, operational designs and trade secrets.

Working Conditions: *
The Inside Sales Representative may occasionally be required to travel as business dictates necessary but will typically operate from an office (or home) environment.
