What You Get To Do Every Day
- Call and makes initial contact with prospects; determines or enhances prospect's level of interest in TRR
- Qualify and nurture leads through well planned and executed efforts
- Develop and nurture leads through regular communication via phone and email; responds to inbound sales inquiries from prospective clients
- Evaluate prospects against established criteria; routes prospects to the appropriate sales channel
- Works with Marketing and Sales teammates to develop new ways of building potential business
- Prioritize competing day-to-day activities to ensure that all management objectives are met
- Manage and track leads using CRM systems while maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
- Distill the essence of our service in easy-to-understand terms and communicate to various prospective clients The RealReal's value proposition
- Must be able to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
