Primary Responsibilities
o Advocates for the business clients on projects in all phases of the solution development lifecycle for each of the critical stages, including initiation, analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation follow up
o Performs important intermediate level analysis and works closely with the business clients to identify core business issues to map out possible solutions
o Develops the business case for action, defining the need, the method, and the benefits of proposed solutions
o Undertakes complex analysis to develop the detailed requirements of the solution to satisfy the business need
o Works closely with development team to refine the solution design, methods, and outcomes
o Monitors progress to ensure that the emerging solution meets the demands of the requirement document
o Resolves conflicts arising due to any technical deviations from the agreed requirements
o Works closely with the testing team, using the requirements document as a critical guide, to ensure that issues are identified and fully resolved prior to roll out
o Evaluates how users are working with the solution during the implementation phase and recommends that modifications be made, where necessary
o Keeps abreast of best practices, resources, and trends
o May work directly on smaller projects or as a team member on larger ones
This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

o Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Systems, or related field
o Four (4) years of experience in Business/Systems analysis or related field
o Master of Business Administration (MBA) or closely related
Skills and Competencies
o Ability to learn additional systems as needed
o Ability to research, analyze data, and derive facts
o Ability to work in a team environment when applicable
o Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
o Strong project management skills
o Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skills
o Strong work ethic and self-motivation
