Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and leading projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables.
  • Utilize Salesforce or similar software for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on progress.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and areas for growth.
  • Lead project management efforts from inception to execution, ensuring timely delivery of services.

Skills

  • Proven experience in business development with a track record of successful sales strategies.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills with an emphasis on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic planning capabilities with a focus on long-term growth objectives.
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and the ability to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.

Pay: $79,714.00 - $1,000,000.00 per year
