Your Role:
As the Senior Sales Development Representative, your main focus will be closing deals and boosting revenue. You’ll handle pre-set appointments, understand client needs, present options, and close deals. Your innovative strategies will drive revenue, and building rapport while demonstrating your expertise is key. Ensuring a positive experience for each client is essential as you guide them to success with our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and desired outcomes.
- Engage in strong phone sales to connect with clients effectively.
- Manage your sales funnel, implementing strategies to address key friction points and improve conversion rates.
- Present our solutions to interested clients with clarity and confidence.
- Follow up after presentations to address any questions and advance the sales process.
- Collaborate with clients to develop financial success plans that promote long-term achievement.
- Evaluate client needs and financial status through effective discovery processes.
- Work alongside the marketing team to ensure alignment with market messaging and outreach strategies.
- Build compelling value propositions to empower clients to take action.
- Contribute innovative ideas to enhance overall success rates.
- Demonstrate market intelligence and enthusiasm in all interactions.

- Revenue production and growth metrics.
