Job Description

Our business has been built (literally) on a diet of happy customers - it's our purpose and mission to make every customer experience awesome. We have something unique, and we need someone to help us tell our story to prospective customers and build our sales pipeline. Simply put, as part of the marketing team you’ll be accountable for proactively working a list of target accounts and running outbound campaigns to book meetings for the sales teams.

This role reports to the Director of Marketing and is part of a growing team. You will collaborate across the marketing and sales teams.

Overview

  • SDR role in venture backed startup revolutionizing customer experience.
  • Support and execute account based outbound campaigns to book sales meetings and build pipeline
  • Nurture inbound leads into sales meetings to generate pipeline

What you’ll do

  • Proactively build a target list of prospect accounts and run outbound communications to generate new opportunities
  • Research potential prospects to build personalized messaging
  • Respond to inbound interest driven by marketing in a quick a persistent manner - engaging and passing qualified leads to the sales team
  • Leverage and master the use of best-in-class sales tools: Salesforce, HubSpot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn, Zoominfo, etc.

  • Past experience on the phone in customer-facing sales or support roles beneficial but not required
  • Knowledge of net promoter system (NPS) and customer loyalty topics helpful but not required
