What we’re looking for:
Responsible for maintaining excellent relationships with assigned partnerships while managing the day-to-day activities ensuring the team’s success, as well as driving revenue opportunities and helping Partner Dev Team achieve quarterly targets.

- Execute initiatives that enhance campaign targeting, process efficiencies and create new growth opportunities/ROI.
- Regular Phone and Video Calls with prospective and current clients to identify opportunities for revenue and relationship growth.
- Campaign implementation and daily management – advertiser/agency correspondence, creative approval facilitation, etc.;
- Gather campaign specifications and assets from agencies & clients, as well as ensure details are accurate and up-to-date;
- Identify opportunities to better optimize campaign results by interpreting standard and custom reports and provide analysis to management.
- Educate and guide clients/partners on best practices; proactively address areas where improvement is needed;
- Perform diligent and detailed QA on deliverables;
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise throughout the campaigns, prioritize and drive resolution on escalated client issues;
- Translate campaign successes into client presentations and case studies;
- Represent the organization through outside activities such as in-person meetings + conferences with clients
- Additional responsibilities as requested by management
Responsibilities:
Partner Relationship Management: Maintain established partner relationships by managing a small portfolio of partners independently. Clearly provide partners with a POV/recommendations while also overcoming objections. Represent the organization through outside activities
Campaign Portfolio Management: Source, plan, launch, and optimize email and display campaigns. Negotiate campaign sourcing and higher payouts with assigned partners. Launch/test CPM buys to build out that cost model.
Email and Display Performance Management/Analytics: Proactively Drive, manage, and optimize targeted traffic and volume to maximize advertiser and Rooftop performance. Reviewing campaign performance v. same offer from alternate networks; other offers in same vertical. Getting and applying lead quality feedback for better mail targeting. Execute initiatives that enhance campaign targeting, process efficiencies and create new growth opportunities.
New Business Development: Envision new, strategic partnerships that will positively impact the core business, and carry out contact effectively. Implement initiatives that enhance internal and external partners, create new growth opportunities, and increase ROI.
Minimum Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree preferred or professional work experience equivalence (6+ years)
- 1-3 years relevant job experience required;
- Must demonstrate excellent attention to detail, be diligent, proactive, organized, accountable, analytical, and a highly motivated team player;
- Must be confident working with clients via email, phone, and video conference;
- Must have a friendly, positive, service-oriented personality;
- Strong sense of client service and urgency related to client requests;
- Quick learner of new technologies, tools, and processes; ability to adapt to changing tides;
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, and draw strategic recommendations from data analysis;
- Must be highly driven and passionate with a “can do" attitude and a strong desire to grow;
- Must have a strong working knowledge of the entire Microsoft Office suite;
- Must be proficient in the English language with strong written grammar and verbal skills;
- Be must located and authorized to work in the United States;
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
