Le gérant adjoint de magasin aidera dans l’ensemble des fonctions d’opération, afin d’optimiser le chiffre d’affaires en profitant de la notoriété de la marque, en améliorant l’expérience client et en augmentant le lien émotionnel. Le gérant adjoint de magasin mettra en œuvre les plans et les stratégies élaborés par le gérant de magasin en appui aux diverses fonctions de magasin en lien avec les ventes, les opérations, la gestion des talents, le développement de la clientèle et le marchandisage. Il assurera à la fois un environnement de travail positif et une expérience client optimale. Le gérant adjoint de magasin encadrera les ambassadeurs de marque afin d’assurer l’excellence de la vente au détail pour le client.

Principales responsabilités :

  • Faire preuve de leadership de vente en jouant un rôle actif sur le plancher par l’engagement client, en assurant le meilleur service à la clientèle qui soit.
  • Aider à stimuler et maximiser le chiffre d’affaires pour dépasser régulièrement les objectifs budgétaires généraux en matière de vente tout en assurant l’intégrité des opérations
  • Aider le gérant à maintenir de hauts standards au niveau de la présentation générale du magasin, et du service donné, et ce, en tout temps.
  • Analyser et réagir aux besoins de l’entreprise afin d’optimiser les occasions de vente
  • Dépasser les objectifs de vente pour la succursale respective en créant une fidélité à la marque.
  • Participer à guider l’équipe dans l’exécution d’un service à la clientèle et d’une expérience après-vente de qualité supérieure pour augmenter et maintenir la fidélité de la clientèle.
  • Résoudre les problèmes de clients en examinant les problèmes, en élaborant des solutions et en garantissant une expérience client positive.
  • Assurer le maintien du contrôle des pertes, des normes visuelles et des normes de marchandisage.
  • Formation sur les procédures normalisées d’exploitation (PNE); veiller à ce que les ambassadeurs de marque aient une bonne compréhension des PNE et de l’impact potentiel sur l’entreprise.
  • Gérer la logistique des stocks.

Principales exigences

  • Au moins 1 à 3 ans d’expérience en gestion des ventes dans un cadre de vente au détail de luxe
  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe privilégié
  • Capacité éprouvée à assurer des expériences client positives qui contribuent à accroître la fidélité et à donner des résultats mesurables
  • Excellentes aptitudes d’analyse
  • Fortes compétences organisationnelles et excelle dans un milieu en pleine effervescence
  • Fortes compétences à l’oral et à l’écrit
  • Maîtrise des logiciels Microsoft Office, y compris Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Flexibilité pour travailler des horaires de vente au détail qui incluent soirées, fins de semaine et jours fériés

The Assistant Store Manager will support in all operation functions, to optimize sales performance by leveraging the brand, enhancing customer experience and increase emotional connection. The Assistant Store Manager will execute the plans and strategies developed by the Store Manager to support the various store functions in relation to sales, operations, talent management, clientele development, and merchandising. They will ensure a positive work environment while ensuring an optimal client experience. The Assistant Store Manager will mentor Brand Ambassadors to ensure customer retail excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the sales floor through customer engagement with clients, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
  • Help the manager to drive and maximize sales performance to consistently exceed the overall sales budget objectives while ensuring operational integrity.
  • Help the manager to ensure that high standards of the visual aspect of the store and customer service are maintained at all times.
  • Analyze and react to the needs of the business to optimize sales opportunities
  • Exceed sales target results for the respective location by creating brand loyalty
  • Help the manager to lead the team on executing superior customer service and after sales experience to increase and retain client loyalty
  • Resolve customer issue by investigating problems, developing solutions ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintain loss prevention, visual standards and merchandising standards
  • Training on standard operating procedures (SPO’s); ensure Brand Ambassadors have the proper understanding of SOPs and the potential impact on the business
  • Manages inventory logistics

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years’ sales management experience in retail luxury setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred
  • Proven ability to drive positive client experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Flexibility to work retail schedule which will include evenings, weekend and holidays
