Turtle Peak of Las Vegas, NV is currently hiring for a full-time Inbound Customer Service Representative to field customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address product or service concerns. This customer service rep (CSR) position earns a competitive wage of $13.25 per hour, plus monthly bonuses. Spanish speakers earn an extra .50 cents per hour. We are industry leaders and believe that hard work can also be fun.

All new agents must be fully vaccinated or in the process of being vaccinated.

In this customer service rep (CSR) position, you are the voice of our various brands. Throughout your day, you interact with customers through emails, phone calls, live chat, and social media. Your #1 job is to provide an exceptional experience to each customer. Before offering solutions, you listen to the customer and make sure they feel heard. You are courteous and professional in all interactions. Nothing rattles you, and you are able to stay calm as you resolve conflict and diffuse tension. You leave work each day feeling great about the service you offered to our customers!

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience
  • Excellent technical skills, including MS Office Suite and web-browsing
  • Able to pass a background check
