Ardentstone is a construction material company featuring a product called Ardentstone®, a pre-mixed, one application, stone exterior finish coat. It is an innovative new material that has not been seen in the US yet. The market for exterior material is over $3 billion in 2020 and it is also anticipated to reach $4.15 billion by 2026. As the sole US distributor, we project a very competitive market infiltration.

We are looking for an outgoing and easy-to-work with individuals to partner with us on our Sales journey. We want someone who is positive, that can think on their feet, and who has strong communication and time management skills. Prior experience in sales or knowledge of the construction industry is preferred, but not required. Even if you have no knowledge in this field, we can work together with you to help you develop the skills and knowledge to deliver high quality services to potential customers.

Sales Professional Position Specifications:

· Provide outstanding customer service

· Develop effective & long-term relationships with account decision-makers

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities

· Secure sales volume & margins that meet organizational expectations

· Foster effective communication & partnerships between all departments, especially customer service and operations

· Assist in the collection of revenue & administration of accounts when necessary

· Follow processes & techniques prescribed by the company’s educational & training initiatives

Essential Functions:

· Sales and marketing (Design firms, Developers, Contractors, Suppliers)

· Lead generation in exterior construction

· Attendance and participation in domestic trade shows

· Initiate and control sales processes with new and ongoing clients

· Ensure customer service strategies to ensure superb client satisfaction

· Continue and expand knowledge of industry trends and developments impacting the business

· Create and maintain a dynamic and vibrant company environment

Salary depends on experience

Job Type: Base + Commission, Mileage

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year

Overview: We are currently looking to hire energetic SDRs. This position is an integral part of our sales engine. SDRs are focussed on the front end of the sales cycle and be the face of Freshworks. Responsibilities (What you'll be expected to do): - Generate qualified opportunities for the company by rigorously prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market. - Do rigorous research on companies, and build an effective sales pipeline. - Strike and initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting. - Be the face of Freshworks and pitch the company and our products to the prospects. - Come up with creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects. Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
