DELVE DEEPER INTO YOUR DAY

This is a full-time hospitality position, working Monday through Friday between 9 AM and 5 PM, with the flexibility to work occasional Saturdays as needed.

As our Dual Hotel Sales Representative, you're at the heart of ensuring smooth operations and top-notch guest experiences for two of West Valley's most popular hotels. You'll be involved in everything from setting up meeting spaces, coordinating with departments, handling inquiries, and creating unforgettable customer service moments. Every day is a blend of dynamic responsibilities, from answering phone calls and managing emails to organizing client events and social media posts. You'll assist with group bookings, manage rooming lists, and ensure availability is in line with forecasts, all while building loyalty with your guests. You'll even physically set up meeting spaces, ensuring tables and chairs are perfectly arranged. Your role is key in maintaining the high standards of both properties and ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

We're looking for a Dual Hotel Sales Representative who can meet the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience in a hotel or similar sales and marketing environment
• Ability to understand, execute, and support customer service and brand standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with the hotel service team to provide exceptional customer service
• Physical ability to set up meeting spaces, including moving tables and chairs
• Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays
• Self-starter with great time management skills
• Superior guest relation skills
• Strong computer skills related to account management (PEP, Fosse, Delphi, Quore)

Experience using Marriott/Fosse and Hilton/PEP software is preferred but not required for this hospitality role.
