Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible to achieve sales goals and other objectives for all assigned products. You will collaborate with the Director of Inside Sales, Marketing, and Outside Sales Representatives to grow the business among existing customers and acquire new business.
What you'll be doing
  • Meets and/or exceeds overall sales goals and quotas as assigned by Bioventus.
  • Builds and strengthens relationships with our customers, vendors, and outside sales staff.
  • Adheres to the Inside Sales Process and directives set by the Director of Inside Sales.
  • Works with Director of Inside Sales to develop an individual business plan for the assigned products to meet or exceed area financial sales and marketing objectives.
  • Accurately manages book of business utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365, including sales forecasting, Accounts List, and Leads.
  • Become an expert on the applicable Bioventus products and accurately communicates capabilities to existing and potential customers in a consultative manner.
  • Maximizes use of available information technology and other materials or programs to meet or exceed the strategy.
  • Participates with other Bioventus functions as an integral part of key customer teams.
What you'll bring to the table
  • BS degree preferred and/or relevant experience
  • Experience in sales (inside or outside) where you were responsible for hitting high-reaching targets preferred
  • Preferable experience working in the medical industry via pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device.
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
  • Proven success in achieving sales objectives in a variety of distribution structures and product segments.
  • Dynamic, aggressive and results-oriented with well-developed communication skills.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, high-growth, changing environment.
