We need a proactive, assertive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This is not your typical desk job. You’ll be actively engaging with customers, helping Client Advisors respond to leads, and driving finance income. Whether you’re a newer Finance Manager or Sales Desk Manager, we want to hear from you.
Hello Auto Group is a locally owned company, founded in 2019, with six dealerships and two more on the way. We’ve built our business on strong relationships with our customers and employees, resulting in a fantastic culture and low turnover. We’re closed on Sundays to give our team time to recharge, and we believe in giving back to the community. We donate $25 for every car sold and $1 for every RO, plus offer employees two paid volunteer days each year.
Monthly Compensation: $7,000 - $12,500
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed targets.
- Develop strong relationships with employees and customers.
- Manage sales productivity, CRM leads, and assist in deal closing.
- Facilitate regular sales training to support team growth.
Qualifications:
- Dealership management experience
- Enthusiastic, assertive, and social with high energy.
- Proficient in sales desk management, deal structuring, CDK systems, CRM, and F&I operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
