We have recently added 5 additional locations in Cambridge, and have now expanded to Hamilton, London, Barrie, Innisfil, Simcoe, Peterborough, Lindsay, Tillsonburg, Ingersoll, Sudbury, and Ottawa. 2021 will bring us another 3 locations in Ontario, with more to come.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner on a daily basis
  • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, and book appointments
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile
  • Keep records of conversations in our call center database (CRM) in a comprehensible way
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Hours of Work: Must have the ability to work all shifts listed below:

Shift A: 8:00 AM - 4:30

Shift B: 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM

Shift C: Alternating weekends

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Sunday: 11:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Outbound and/or Inbound call center experience is preferred
  • Track record of accomplishing targets
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written)
  • High energy
  • Motivated
