We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is part-time to start with advancement to full time available after 90 days. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, developing relationships, and closing sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized, and have a strong ability to think strategically. This position requires the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team in order to meet and exceed sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with customers and prospects.
- Provide customer service and support.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions.
- Generate sales leads using social media and following up on online orders.
- Maintain a database of customer information.
- Negotiate pricing with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $18.75 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 34 per week
