Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY Responsible for communication with branded customers to maintain the integrity of the major oil brand offerings and the contract requirements. Will from time to time be responsible for performing contract closeout activities when needed. Ensures contract review, approval and execution in accordance with corporate and/or business teams. May also prepare and administer routine correspondence, negotiation memoranda, and contract documentation to ensure timely and coordinated submittal. This may include preparation, organization and compiling any and all information needed for Assignment & Assumptions/3PL’s/amendments to current contracts when needed. Will have an assigned group of dealers that will need to be visited in Wisconsin (Territory: ranging from north of Milwaukee up to Door County). Territory will be adjusted to support Company growth in a given geography. Will continue to make strong relationships to help with additional resigns when needed. Assists in working with internal teams or external customers on issues and development relative to assigned contracts.
Provide assistance to dealers to enhance their business operations
Maintain outstanding levels of customer service and continued rapport with current and potential customers for future grown opportunities
Remain up to date on all key Brand Marketing Programs
Remain up to date on industry knowledge and market trends
Follow up on all customer requests in a timely manner
Make sure to look for opportunities to extend the current contracts we have
Negotiate and finalize contract changes
Finalize and gather all required documentation needed by credit and legal for existing customers
Updating and tracking process in Salesforce
Ability to maintain confidential information and follow the code of conduct with dealer information
Confidence and ability to be able to do cold calls from time to time
Bachelor’s degree in related field or 5 years related industry sales or customer service experience
Demonstrated ability to build positive business relationships
Excellent communication skills and an emphasis on listening skills
Decision making ability as it relates to dealer meetings and promotional activities
Ability to represent the organization in a well organized, professional manner
Ability to deal with a variety of people in a positive and open-minded manner
Ability to think on your feet to make key customer decisions
Ability to give information in a positive manner
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to travel up to 70%, including both overnights and day trips - Overnight travel equivalent to around 5 nights every quarter.
