Job Description

Compensation:

  • Target: $75,000 - $90,000 annually
  • $50,000 base salary + commission (should total an additional $25-40k/yr depending on the success of your team).

Benefits:

Location:

  • Office on 1604 near I-10 (Not a work-from-home position).

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, with rotating Saturdays (about once a month).
  • During storm season you may be on call.

We’re looking for a Sales & Admin Superstar who can juggle leading our Roofing Consultants while handling the nitty-gritty details like a pro. Understanding property insurance? That’s a bonus. Being organized and driven? That’s a must!

What you’ll do:

  • Lead our Roofing Consultants: Your team needs you to guide them to success and help them improve their performance.
  • Admin Mastery: Keep files up to date, manage details in our CRM, and ensure every process runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Collaborate with Sales: Work hand-in-hand with your sales team to help them close deals, and ensure everyone’s hitting their KPIs.
  • Property Insurance Know-How: Not required, but it’s a big plus!
  • Communication Pro: You’ll need to be an expert in Outlook and Microsoft Teams to keep the team connected.
  • Performance Driven: You’ll be expected to hit KPIs and ensure the team is firing on all cylinders.
  • Office-Based: This is not a remote position—you’ll be in the action at our San Antonio office.
