Job Description

We are looking for a hardworking career-oriented sales account executive.

The candidate will work out of our sales office at six Showroom. Candidate will be provided with proper tools to ensure success.

About you

You are well-organized, internet savvy, strong analytical skills, great with numbers and excel sheets type of person who loves the business of fashion. You have experience in making wholesale sales deals, working with buyers, understand how to pitch and merchandise for any type of account. You are hungry to win and open leads and put in the time to get as much as possible out of every account. A persistent attitude of winning.

The future of streetwear and fashion retail and wholesale buying will be different going into the future. You will try your best to navigate it and find opportunities. This won't be easy and requires trial and error. You will have the opportunity to be trained along the way.

You are capable of handling the complete execution of the sales some which may be client reorders, finding new leads, keeping in touch with current clients. You are growing professional who thinks about growing revenue in the millions when given the opportunity of a life changing career.

Important Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Apparel Merchandising and Pricing, WHOLESALE, Line Sheets, Look books, Internet Research, Microsoft Excel, Word, Office. Making good presentations for buyers of seasonal merchandise.
  • The personality of being persistent to get a response from clients and partners with Phone calls / emails and possibly face to face meetings when COVID 19 is over.
  • You have a network of buyers to tap into (Not Required but preferred)

· Strong written and verbal communication.

· Microsoft Office; Word and excel.

· CRM – Sales involves a large amount of information that needs to be maintained and organized. Sales administrative assistants compile and update physical or digital files on clients, leads, expenses, and sales. They may deliver reports on things such as backlogged items and monitor inventory.

· Customer service – sales depend heavily on pleasing customers, so administrative assistants need to be attentive to their needs and willing to help out however possible

· Attention to detail – making arrangements requires covering all bases and not letting things slip through the cracks

· Multitasking – the ability to prioritize and deal with demands coming from various directions, including reps in the field, requires a level head

  • · Organization skills – managing the efforts of multiple people to achieve desired results requires staying on top of things and collaborating extensively

Areas of Responsibility

  • Prepare sales proposals by creating line sheets using brandboom & excel to email to customers and power point / look books.
  • Quickly become familiar with all accounts, merchandise, pricing, what is selling, what is inventory. Develop a strong understanding that can help all sales team exceed goals.
  • Build relationships with large retailers, boutiques, specialty stores, online e-commerce brands.
  • Prepare for Trade Shows- setting up, selling, & breaking down. Booking Appointments. Pursuing new accounts with marketing.
  • Able to analyze all types of sales data to optimize merchandising per buyer. You know how to look at a lot of information and come up with conclusions.
  • You are motivated to go and get an account that is a good fit for our business. A go-getter.
  • Develop a plan for each account and create seasonal business proposals with suggested assortments based on customer and trend.

Required Skills:

  • Background in Wholesale fashion experience, understanding of line sheets, merchandising, pricing, timelines.
  • HANDLE PRESSURE AND QUOTAS. CAN HANDLE STRESS WELL / DETAIL ORIENTED
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Quickbooks Accounting, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Adobe
  • Willing to try new online tools to make life simpler and faster for us.
  • Time Management: Very well organized and can manage many projects
  • Knowledge of Accounting, Finance, Sales Process (PO/Invoice), and Bookkeeping
  • Great negotiation skills
  • Background in Fashion Industry with Contacts and Experience selling to Retailers
  • A minimum of 2 years working in a Fashion Wholesale Accessories environment with a network of buyer contacts
  • Experience as a sales representative, account manager, account executive, sales consultant, sales manager
