Are you passionate about design, have a keen eye for luxury products, and possess a proven history of delivering outstanding client service? Country Floors is looking for Design Associates to join our retail team. As a key member of this fast-growing and dynamic team, you'll serve as a primary contact for our clients, including architects, designers, contractors, and homeowners.
Main Responsibilities:
· Quickly become well-versed in Country Floors product offerings and custom capabilities.
· Provide exceptional service to existing clients while actively developing new ones through consistent communication via phone, email, video conferencing, and both in-person and virtual meetings.
· Schedule and maintain a calendar of design/sales meetings, offering clients a creative vision and comprehensive details on relevant product options.
· Keep detailed client profiles and activity data in our CRM system.
· Oversee all stages of the sales cycle, including space design, quote/order processing, and handling logistics.
· Deliver accurate and timely reports to management, including call summaries, sales forecasts, and other required information.
· Assist with industry and showroom events.
· Perform additional duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidates for Country Floors:
· 3+ years of sales experience, with a background in luxury sales being a plus.
· Ability to work independently and self-direct daily activities.
· Creative mindset with a focus on design ideas that support product sales.
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions aligned with company policies and procedures.
· Flexibility to work a schedule that may include evenings and weekends, depending on business needs.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Capability to lift and handle items up to 30 pounds.

Pay: $62,786.81 - $75,614.22 per year
