Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales / Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, set appointments, and support our Founder and CEO in achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads and track interactions.
  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and gather relevant information.
  • Make outbound calls and send emails to set appointments for the Founder.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM and send emails.
  • Use Google Maps to plan efficient routes for sales meetings.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop strategies for lead conversion.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or appointment setting.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel.
  • Familiarity with Google Maps and route planning.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
