Position Overview:

Barska is looking for an ambitious, driven, and creative Sales Executive with experience in retail channel and distributors. The Sales Executive will oversee existing accounts with ability to develop creative and result-driven strategies that can continue to grow their portfolio, as well as the company’s overall revenues. Successful candidates should have strong interpersonal communication skills with sound experience in sales/marketing and consumer products.

Duties:

  • Identify new opportunities and business strategies for Barska’s products.
  • Manage E-commerce accounts daily, including setting up new listings, update contents, optimizing campaigns to increases revenue and profit growth
  • Responsible for adherence to all company policies and procedures
  • Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them
  • Continuous follow-up to build strong relationships and management of accounts.
  • Maintains communication with customers throughout the process. Answers and responses to inquiries of customer questions and logistics
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
  • Manage and organize trade shows including planning, booth design, booth set up, logistics, coordination and marketing materials etc.
  • Utilize MS Office products, specifically MS Excel and MS Word
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to attract and retain customers to build a base and a growing portfolio
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to new situations quickly and think on your feet
  • Curiosity and a desire to learn more

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
