As a Sales Enablement Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in analyzing data and generating insights that drive new client acquisitions and expand existing accounts. By leveraging Salesforce, LinkedIn, and other tools, you’ll identify high-potential leads, strengthen BTS’s client pipeline, and support sales initiatives across North America. This position offers a unique opportunity for someone eager to grow rapidly, take on significant responsibilities, and contribute directly to BTS’s overall growth. Success in this role requires high levels of proactivity, organization, time management, and communication, as well as a data-driven mindset.
This role is based in NYC, and we have a hybrid work environment with an expectation of at least two days a week in our NYC office. This role will directly report to the Senior sales enablement analyst.
Specific responsibilities include:
Lead generation
- Analyze Salesforce and LinkedIn data to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain a reliable client pipeline by identifying target companies and prospective buyers
- Partner with account managers to grow their existing accounts
- Conduct industry-specific research to support strategic lead generation
Sales Enablement
- Train sellers on effectively using sales tools and leveraging marketing collateral
- Track data in Salesforce to ensure follow-through on opportunities
- Prepare and organize materials for sales meetings, including Salesforce reports, sales charts, and KPI tracking
- Provide proactive support to sellers throughout the sales process
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or requisite experience
- 1-3 years of experience in sales enablement/development/operations
- Exceptional attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills, time management, and organizational skills
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple, competing priorities
- Willingness to work in a global team of professionals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Salesforce and LinkedIn or other CRM/lead generation tools strongly preferred
- Experience with Pardot/account engagement and Highspot is a plus
- Must be able to work permanently in the United States without sponsorship
- Based in the New York Metropolitan area and able to work in person at our NYC office a minimum of two days per week
Salary Information
Annual Salary Range: $65,000 - $73,000
- Starting salary is determined by relevant experience and education/degree level
