Job Description

The Territory Manager (TM) will be a customer facing role and will be expected to help develop and support a culture of integrity, high performance, accountability and engagement. The TM will call on assigned territory healthcare providers, informing those healthcare providers about the features and benefits of approved products to help patients. The TM will be expected to continuously improve selling skills, product and competitor product knowledge, by completing required training courses, working with your managers, and reviewing available information provided by management. The TM will work closely with their Regional Sales Manager, Area Director and other key stakeholders to drive sales and to support in the planning and development of regional and national strategies.
Call on assigned territory healthcare providers, informing those healthcare providers about the features and benefits of approved products.
Complete all administrative responsibilities in compliance with company policy including but not limited to, product training, call reporting, and expense management.
Adhere to all corporate compliance guidelines and complete corporate training.
Maintain a territory business plan, call routing, and execute sales calls to achieve defined objectives.
Adheres to company policies.
Foster and support teamwork and cultivate professional relationships throughout the company and with customers.
Support a culture of integrity, high performance, accountability, and engagement.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • Minimum of 18 months of Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales, Pharmaceutical Sales, or commensurate experience in sales (Medical Device, Dental Sales, or Healthcare Sales) preferred.
  • Must demonstrate a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrate technology expertise; including proficiency with an iPad, computer software (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and expense reporting applications.
None- Individual Contributor Role
Mostly local travel within territory, with occasional overnight travel.

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
