What We Do

We are a team of home service experts who go the extra mile to ensure peak performance for your homes plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical systems.

The Big Task

Exhibits consistently professional and congenial customer service practices to answer incoming calls from team members while assisting in Payroll and Benefits.


  • Completing Payroll
  • Assist with Benefits Administration and Enrollment
  • Provide accounting and clerical support to the accounting department
  • Enter vendor invoices in accounting system for payments ensuring correct approval, coding, and matching
  • Reconciling bank accounts and credit card statements
  • Checking for accuracy in reports, figures, and postings
  • Reconciling and reporting any discrepancies found in the records
  • Aid and support to company personnel
  • Function in accordance with established standards, procedures, and applicable laws
  • Light Human Resources and Employee Management


  • Associates Degree (Preferred but not required)
  • Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential
  • At least two (2) years of Accounting/Bookkeeping or related experience
  • Ability to work through internal and external project issues in a timely manner
  • Technically competent and proficient with software programs: Excel, Word, Outlook, Accounting Software, etc.
  • Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reporting
  • Strong written and oral communication skills: In-person meetings, E-mail Phone calls
  • Fast Paced Multi-Tasker
  • Strong Attention to Details
  • Strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow through with tasks and complete them on time
  • Works well under pressure
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness

Experience: At least two (2) years of Accounting/Bookkeeping or related experience

Additional Info:

  • MUST pass background check and drug screen prior to hire.
  • Residential service only - NO Commercial Services
