Essential Functions Statement(s)
Inside Sales Support Representative responsibilities include:
Sourcing new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Understanding and further qualifying customer needs and requirements
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
Keen ability to understand and further qualify customer needs and requirements
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly quotas
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Perform effective online/virtual demos to prospects
Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
Experience working with a CRM System
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Quoting Process and Order Support for Outside Sales Representatives:
Assist Outside Sales Representatives when needed with the new, used, and allied quote processes by researching
Work with internal departments (i.e. leasing, service contracts, etc.) as needed to gather pricing information for Outside Sales Reps to add to customer quotes.
As needed, work with service department to gather supplied by dealer (SBD) pricing for equipment installation quotes
Coordinate and work cross functionally to resolve issues with sales transactions
Support allied quote process by researching items and contacting vendors for pricing. With sales input, prepare allied quotes. Write up reports of sales for allied quotes that convert to orders.
Set up new customers in CRM/SRA. Modify existing customers and contacts as needed.
Modify existing equipment and allied quotes as directed by salespeople
Participate in and support used equipment quote process as directed by sales
Based upon Management’s guidance, use Equipment Depot suite of tools to update customers on status of current projects, shipment information
Follow up on equipment orders to make sure customer is satisfied with products and Equipment Depot
First stop for incoming sales calls- qualify information to make sure the customer is routed to the correct person
Assist with credit applications/requests or other requests for information
Design and provide reporting based on customer requests.
Assist in the research and resolution of customer complaints/issues
SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: High School Diploma or GED
Experience: 3 + years of office administration/customer service experience; prior sales experience preferred
Computer Skills: Basic knowledge and abilities of Microsoft Office products
Work environment varies from office to job site to industrial locations
