Flagship Solutions Group is seeking to hire two Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our team in our Boca Raton, FL office. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for discovering, progressing, and assigning new business opportunities to drive revenue across three companies – Data Storage Corporation, Nexxis, and Flagship Solutions. The candidate is required to uncover and qualify new sales opportunities through a high level of touch points such as phone calls, email and social selling activities.
- Develop new sales opportunities through campaigns that include phone calls, email and social selling activities.
- Working with and engaging Sales Executives, Business Partners, Influencers and others as appropriate.
- Articulating business issues, advising customers on the latest industry trends and technology solutions, and recommending Data Storage Corporation, Nexxis, and Flagship Solutions products, services, and solutions that solve a client’s business problem.
- Remaining current on applicable products/services/solutions, selling techniques, productivity tools, and competitive offerings.
- Dedicated to driving new business and client satisfaction.
Technical and Professional Expertise
- 4 year college degree
- Knowledge of prospecting and lead generation
- Proficient in Microsoft suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, at all levels of the organization
- Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Team player

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
