Position: RPA Developer – Blue Prism
What we are looking for:
  • 0-2 years of experience in Blueprism
  • Must have independently developed bots using Blueprism and have experience working with clients (UAT and implementation) and deploying the Bots
  • Experience in designing the enterprise RPA platform for BFSI clients
  • Experience with Citrix based automation
  • Must have done the RPA documentations (as per the discipline of RPA)
  • Expertise in working with cloud environment is an advantage
  • Knowledge of cognitive RPA development (AI, Machine Learning) is an added advantage
  • Expertise in working in Agile development environment and methodology is an added advantage
  • Must have a good understanding of RPA methodology, best practices and guidelines
  • Closely work with Delivery Managers and Delivery Team for successful delivery of the engagement as needed
  • Assist teams for RFP’s as needed
Essential Job Functions
  • Adhere to the plan and committed delivery with respect to COST, Quality and timeline
  • Analyse and assess the As-is business processes
  • Creating the technical specifications, developing a component or enhancing an existing module and deploying the same to QA after completing unit testing
  • Develop the RPA solution to meet business process automation
  • Design RPA libraries and reusable components
  • Analysis of RPA opportunities within business processes
  • Help set up Blueprism environments (software installation, installation of related technologies such as Splunk/logging etc) and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements to deploy automation solutions
  • Perform System Integration testing to test business scenarios with developed RPA solution
  • Ensure code quality meets Blue Prism industry and project specific agreed standards
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to develop customer centric solution
  • Establish proactive relationships with peers, product heads and executing level partners
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields
  • Blue Prism Developer Certification
