We are looking for a Director of Marketing that will direct the company's marketing strategy and provide dynamic team leadership. The Director of Marketing works closely with business leadership, sales, account management, and engineering/product development to accomplish goals that drive profitable growth. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategy and vision for brand, identity, and digital marketing
  • Provide direction and oversight to managers of digital marketing, creative, and content creation teams.
  • Build a strong ecommerce enabled channel strategy
  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns
  • Develop, motivate, and retain top quality talent - lead team to maximize their overall potential, skills and capabilities
  • Increase sales success with insights and innovative digital sales enablement tools
  • Gather and improve buyer and user insights to feed new product development roadmaps
  • Develop and manage marketing budget, allocating resources against social, brand initiatives, content creation, PPC, webinars and more
  • Negotiate contracts for services needed to execute the marketing strategy
  • Gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Conduct pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing
  • Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the market; identify needs for new products and services and make recommendations to leadership
  • Collaborate in the development of new products
  • Conduct training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies
  • Interview, hire, and train new staff in the department
  • Oversee the daily workflow of the department


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 10+ years in B2B marketing roles ideally representing technical or industrial products and services including a minimum of five years leading a team
  • Extensive experience in and knowledge of current digital platform tools and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to build, drive, and retain a high-performance team
  • Product/Project Manager experience or related experience conquering business goals with innovative ecommerce solutions and initiatives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets
  • Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services in a B2B environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related field required; Masters degree preferred
