We’re currently seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative in our Aliso Viejo, CA office that is a goal-driven, sales-oriented, and an energetic professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate has outstanding verbal and written communication skills and enjoys being on the phone, making calls, and unafraid to manage resistance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience. This is a great opportunity for someone that wants to be a part of an award-winning team that is seen as one of the most trusted firms in the healthcare industry.

Day to Day Duties:

  • Prospecting – Calling through a designated territory, getting through gatekeepers with the ultimate goal of setting phone presentations and in-person meetings for your assigned mentor.
  • Phone Sales and building rapport and relationships with clients to eventually partner with them to fulfill their physician staffing needs.
  • Training and becoming an expert in the Healthcare Staffing Continuum (Physicians, APP’s and Dentist).
