Job Description

A Premier Cleaning and Maintenance company is looking for the best candidate to join our team as Account Manager for our Portfolio and Luxury Condo Buildings in Huntington Beach / Long Beach Area (TERRITORY: Fountain Valley, Garden Grove, Huntington Beach, Long Beach, San Pedro, Torrance). We are looking for an energetic, hands on person who is willing to train employees on the job, supervise / oversee multi-site janitorial services for Portfolio & Mid Rise Homeowner Associations & Condos.

Position Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Audit janitorial services provided by multi-site employees at Homeowner's Associations throughout assigned area
  • Comprehensive knowledge of building maintenance services, procedures, and safety
  • Ensure all employees are following company protocols and procedures
  • Implement and maintain quality control standards
  • Resolve all customers issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Coach / motivate personnel to achieve overall customer satisfaction & exceed quality standards
  • Develop and maintain positive rapport with Clients and their onsite teams / vendors
  • Ability to move from one project to another and work remotely with minimal supervision
  • Provide daily and monthly reports of community inspections
  • Complete bi-weekly payroll for all employees according to time records and schedules
  • Out in the field / driving 85% of the time - working remotely from company phone / laptop

Experience, Required Skills and Abilities:

  • MUST BE BILINGUAL (ENGLISH / SPANISH)
  • CA DRIVER'S LICENSE WITH CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience A MUST
  • Proficient in CRM database systems & Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Knowledge of PAYCOM a PLUS
  • Janitorial and maintenance experience a PLUS
  • Hospitality experience or education a PLUS
  • Knowledge of building services and procedures - HOA Experience is a PLUS
  • Professional, positive, enthusiastic, self-motivated and dedicated
  • Requires little supervision and able to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented with excellent time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $63,000.00 per year
