Description
The Facilities Coordinator will be a highly-motivated professional who enjoys both general administrative tasks as well as operational and project management activities. They will be responsible for providing comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Facilities Team, playing a crucial role in ensuring the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. Responsibilities will include: - Supports Facilities Site Lead with annual budget development, financial variance reports, and operations analysis. - Drives and supports special projects under the direction of the Facilities Site Leader. - Assists with monthly reconciliations of service requests acting as a liaison between service coordinators, finance team, and vendors. - Provides additional support for Facilities Site Leader and colleagues as needed. - Continuously evaluates and identifies innovative ways to streamline processes. - Creates and maintains accurate records, reports, databases, and other documents. - Prepares Keynotes presentations. - Collaborates with peers across regions to ensure standards are shared and implemented. - Coordinates event planning for Facilities and RE&D partners. - Supports building audits as needed. - Works with peers and management to promote and maintain a collaborative workplace.

- 5+ years of relevant facilities related work experience
- Familiarity with tools such as work order management platforms, iWork (Numbers, Keynote, Pages), Composer, Tableau, Box, and MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of operational and capital expenditure budgeting processes
- Extremely responsive, detailed oriented, and upbeat with strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing, high-growth environment
- Must be comfortable interfacing with all levels of the organization and working cross-functionally on a variety of Facilities projects
- Skilled in developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with internal teams, customers, and business units
- Manages time efficiently, demonstrates ability to multi-task and adapts swiftly to shifting priorities and circumstances

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $30.10 and $42.70/hr, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
