Successful Family Owned and Operated Automotive Dealership (Porsche Chandler, Audi Gilbert, Volvo Cars Gilbert, and Subaru Superstore of Chandler) seeks highly motivated and experienced Automotive Sales Consultants. We are looking for individuals who are self-driven and client focused! The position provides unlimited potential for an individual to achieve their earning goals and career objectives.

Automotive Sales Consultant / Internet Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Create and build relationships with new and existing customers
  • Determine customer automotive needs while educating on new and used vehicle ownership
  • Demonstrate vehicle benefits and features, to include test drives
  • Quote pricing, rates and vehicle availability to clients
  • Remain current with products, market trends, and certifications
  • Understand and implement the dealership sale process
  • Maintain “Customer Service Index, “Gross Average”, and monthly units
  • Meet / Exceed dealership goals and sales objectives
  • Drive Traffic

Automotive Sales Consultant / Internet Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Prior Automotive Sales Experience Preferred
  • Prior experience with Reynolds and Reynolds desired
  • Superior customer service and follow up skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills to include: Contact Management Software, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Process driven, motivated and have outstanding attention to detail
  • Outgoing personality, positive attitude, and professional appearance
  • Committed and willingness to learn, and work as a team to achieve desired results

Requirements (What we look for in candidates): Must-haves: - 4-8 years of work experience in any customer-facing sales role. - Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills. - Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs. - Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning new technologies. - Prior exposure to tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, DiscoverOrg, ZoomInfo, etc. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as end customers. - Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and driven. - Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively. - Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions. This is absolutely mandatory because you will be expected to work in a specific shift for a minimum of two years. Good to have: - Prior work experience in SaaS product companies in domains relevant to Freshworks' suite of products. - A proven track record of consistency in overachieving targets.
