Job Description
We are seeking motivated and results-driven individuals to join our growing team in the role of Program Advocate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving program awareness and portfolio growth through proactive outreach and relationship building.
We provide warm leads to our Program Advocates and expect those in the role to follow-up with the leads and build a long-term relationship with our prospective clients. A successful Program Advocate manages a strong book of business that provides recurring business while also continuing to grow their portfolio of business.
This role requires a strong understanding of B2B relationship management. If you have experience in the real estate industry (e.g. Real Estate Lending, Real Estate Agent, Sales) we want to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has a background in the real estate industry, solar sales, D2D experience, software sales, or similar
Duties
- Conduct outbound calling to prospective clients to introduce our services
- Follow-up with warm leads provided by the company
- Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new accounts
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer relationships, and report on sales activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide program demonstrations and technical support as needed
- Meet or exceed sales targets
Skills
- Experience in or an understanding of the real estate industry
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing leads and sales processes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on achieving results in a timely manner
- A proactive approach to problem-solving

- This is a remote position
- 100% Commission-Based
- We are open to part-time candidates in the right situation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $54,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
