We are a leading consulting company that helps small businesses grow by developing and executing strategic marketing and sales systems on their behalf. Our expertise is in working with small businesses that have annual sales of $5- $30 million and are in the manufacturing industry. All of our clients are in the B2B marketplace. We provide a variety of services and tools to help them attract new business.
You must have a Desktop or Laptop computer.
The responsibilities of this position will be as follows:
1. You will be contacting small business owners where some of the time you will have the owner's name and sometimes you will not.
2. Your goal will be to get past the gatekeeper of these companies, who will try to prevent your access to the owners, since the owners are extremely busy and solicited on a daily basis.
3. When you reach the owner, your objective will be to set a phone appointment for one of our staff members to contact them again.
4. You must have great skills and experiences in influencing and persuading individuals because you will not have the ability to send information, send emails or contact them again at another time. You MUST, within minutes, be able to help them recognize that this is a worthwhile phone appointment for them to take.
If you do not have experience doing this, you will be crushed. These gatekeepers and small business owners are not patient, are not at times easy to talk to, are very busy and have been fibbed to, exaggerated to and lied to so they are extremely skeptical.
Our expectations are that you will be able to set an average of 5 appointments every ten hours. We're looking for someone to work between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 pm., Monday through Friday.
You must have experience working in Excel and excellent experience working in a CRM and be able to follow our instructions to the letter. You must bring to the table a proven background in this type of work.
We will provide you the basic information on how to make these appointments and additional information, so you'll be able to understand the value of the services we provide.
Please be advised that as a prerequisite of this position, you must have the ability to record the phone calls you'll be making using our call recording system.
All candidates will start off on a paid trial basis where you will receive full hourly compensation.
- This position pays $50,000 - $75,000 salary per year paid at an hourly rate. The hourly rate will be decided when you're hired based on your experience. You will be paid on a weekly basis.
- You will work and be paid via an online platform with all fees paid by us.
