INSIDE SALES REP – Phoenix AZ
Summary
This position answers all incoming customer inquiries and works entirely on the phone, text or via email, assisting sales by means of collecting new customer information, explaining our services, handling objections and introducing customers to our outside sales representatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

- Perform inbound / outbound calls to engage, qualify, and educate prospective investors about services.
- Utilize Salesforce, and other technology, to connect prospective investors with agents.
- Follow-up with leads. Disposition activity in Salesforce.
- Maintain a working knowledge of all documents and agreements.

- Persuasive: Candidates must be driven, persuasive and skilled at influencing others. Build relationships, handle customer inquiries, develop trust and assist outside sales agents in closing sales over the phone.
- Communicative: Strong listening and communication skills are crucial to this role. Capable of listening for customer objections and utilize sales training to overcome them and create sales opportunities. Strong attention to detail and data entry.
- Teamwork: This is a team environment, candidates must possess strong interpersonal and teamwork skills to be able to interact with operations, marketing and other team members to meet sales goals yet be able problem-solve and complete their work independently.
- Optimistic, competitive and ready achieve success in a sales role. Maintain a professional and positive demeanor. Demonstrate Renters Warehouse’s core values.
- Tech savvy and strong multi-tasker: Organize and manage multiple technologies and priorities at once. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Must have quiet and uninterrupted working environment while working remotely and high-speed internet. Familiarity with computers and technology including cloud-based software and applications preferred.
Education and/or Experience
- High School Diploma, GED, or 1-2 years of experience in sales preferred.
