Reporting to the VP of Sales for Spida Machinery, the primary objective of this role is to use your sales acumen to increase the presence of Spida Machinery in your region. You will be responsible for developing and building relationships in your area and increasing awareness of the company and its machinery capabilities to a wider audience.

This position is based in Northern California and will involve travel to our customers’ sites for equipment sales, commissioning and support. You may be required to travel to other destinations for other sales opportunities.

To be considered for this position the successful candidate will have:

· Solid experience in the truss and structural building component industry;

· A minimum of 5 years at a senior level B2B account management position;

· The ability to represent Spida Machinery with confidence, honesty and credibility;

· Strong problem-solving skills with a “can-do”, innovative, positive attitude;

· Excellent communication and relationship building skills – the ability to relate to staff, management and customers;

· Good appreciation of manufacturing processes and procedures, ideally with experience in the timber pre-fabrication building and construction industry;

· Flexible and versatile – ambitious and determined to be part of a successful team.

This is a very exciting and challenging position, which offers full time employment in the Northern California region. We offer a competitive compensation package in line with skills and experience including a company vehicle.

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
