Position Summary:

This position is for a Business Analyst and this position will be responsible for supporting the Information Technology (IT) operations systems applications. This role will work with current IT resources, business team members, and external vendor resources. Responsibilities will include working service tickets which are submitted by different divisions within the company. Also, prior experience in the Multi-family (Apartments) industry is highly desired.

Job Duties:

  • Advanced systems support of operations software, which includes RealPage OneSite, MRI, Corrigo. Comfortable working in property management systems.

  • Responsibilities include working conventional tickets, troubleshooting system anomalies, systems administration, associate training, escalating to vendor or on-premise resources accordingly and determining root cause.

  • Conventional OneSite tickets include legal document management changes, new community set-up, Docusign maintenance, ledger and payment transaction troubleshooting, setting changes, leasing and screening inquiries.

  • Will require on-call support during off-hours on nights and weekends.

  • Will require direct support for associates over the phone or in person.

  • Will need to attend regular meetings with vendors and other stakeholders across different divisions.

  • Wil require day-to-day execution of project implementations: planning, tracking, documentation, status updates and issue escalation.

  • Will require gathering requirements using interviews, requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, user acceptance testing and workflow analysis.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

  • 4 years IT or project management equivalent experience.

  • 2 years solid customer service experience, preferably in the real estate industry (multi-family or commercial property management).

  • In depth knowledge of OneSite application, ledger, settings and workflow preferred. Basic accounting knowledge preferred as well.

  • Strong critical thinking skills, including system and business analysis, problem analysis and resolution. Must be able to understand both business objectives and technical concepts of the system environment.

  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, exceptional written and verbal communications skills, and a customer service attitude.

Key Accountabilities  * Create customer success plans to drive growth for each account  * Support solution design and technical implementation of current desired integrations as outlined in the customer success plan. * Monitor user adoption and product utilization and create targeted programs to increase engagement and support the agency's change management process. * Build strong relationships between the Miovision product and support teams to ensure continuous resolution of ongoing operational issues as well as product deficiencies that may come up.  * Participate in regular support and health checks to ensure accounts are continuing to derive value from our solutions * Support software renewal and upselling activities  Skills/Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree or recognized equivalency or achievement of recognized professional level * 5+ years of technical experience; must understand network products * Ability to travel internationally, providing on-site consulting work to clients * Ability to manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills * Experience with general consulting skills that include team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping and process redesign * Systems implementation skills: requirements/process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support * Analytical nature with the ability to solve complex business issues * Basic understanding of product development and engineering processes.  We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
