This role will broaden your domain expertise and allow you to collaborate with best-in-class Cloud Engineers, SMEs and Senior Cloud Architects that are passionate about delivering Quality Trusted Cloud Solutions.

The Inside Sales Engineer is responsible for supporting the sales and engineering team based out of Silicon Valley and Toronto via Zoom, Email or Phone.

  • Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts; soliciting new accounts; building rapport;
  • Assisting on customer calls qualifying the technical aspect of an opportunity
  • Creating powerpoints for customized response to opportunities
  • Research potential leads on Linkedin, Twitter, etc.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of Request for information /Request for proposals.
  • Articulates technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
  • Respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or other technical major required. Experience in lieu of degree can be considered.
  • Inside Sales experience of Min. 2 years.
  • Prior sales experience of 1 year.
  • Sales experience must include lead follow up through the closure.
  • Must have research and sales experience in the US.
  • Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent analytical, planning, and process development skills, strong business judgment, and high level of initiative are all required.
  • Must have experience in designing and running marketing campaigns, webinars, online surveys etc.
  • Most important skills you must possess Deep Listening, Building Relationships, Empathy, Responsiveness, and Integrity.
  • Knowledge of CRM tools such as Zoho or SalesForce or Microsoft Dynamics etc. is a huge plus.
