Solutions Enablement is an organization within our Emerging Services practice. Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Spend Management professional who is passionate about developing customer facing enablement content and programs. The Spend Customer Enablement Content Manager will:
Demonstrate and sustain domain expertise in the Spend Management product area
Drive content roadmap, timeline and activities for the creation of customer-facing content
Work across Field Readiness, Product Management and Product Marketing and other teams to develop and deliver content in various formats: live webinars, pre-recorded demonstrations and how-to guides
Advocate for our customers and recognize opportunities to give them context and business case solutions that supplement product documentation.
3+ years deploying or supporting the Workday Spend Management
1+ years in a Program or Content Management role
Ability to travel 10-20% under normal conditions. Please note that non-essential travel has been suspended at Workday until further notice due to COVID-19.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to collaborate with multiple partners across a diverse organization
Capacity to consolidate and prioritize input from multiple sources.
