Senior National Account Manager

This is a senior level business development and leadership role. This individual will hunt, break and develop an enterprise level account or portfolio national strategic account for Beacon Hill Technologies. A minimum of 5-7 years of senior sales experience and a proven track record of consistently being a top producer/leader is required. This highly strategic sales role requires great verbal and in-person communication and relationship development skills. Ability to travel regularly and as needed is a must.

Specific duties of the job include:

Business Development:

· Hunting, breaking and developing National and Strategic Accounts to capture market share in all areas of the account (SOW, various business lines, Staffing)

· This is a client-facing role which is responsible for top down selling. The National Account Manager will drive account strategy by gaining sponsorship to directors and line manager from C/Executive level contacts.

· Required to obtain customer org chart and ensure that Beacon Hill has relationships in every Technology, Digital, and Business Technology groups

· Build and foster relationships with contingent workforce sponsors (i.e. MSP, Procurement, HR, etc)

· This roles is viewed as the client's primary contact and serves as the first senior escalation point for the account(s)

· Responsible for knowing and obtaining customer market share intel

Leadership:

· Build relationships with internal Beacon Hill field leadership (RVP, Regional, Directors, etc) and work to develop sales and delivery activity expectations

· Hold quarterly target account meetings with field leadership and local Account Executive to set strategic goals. Follow up weekly with Director and Account Executives.

· Lead bi-weekly team calls with field leadership and Account Executives to share project initiatives, org chart, account progress, etc

· Land and Broker meetings for the field and “connect the dots” across the client nationally

· This role extends beyond the sales, delivery and account management of external clients. The National Account Executive will use their problem-solving skills and the ability to work on behalf of others to generate revenue and gross margin

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
