About the role:
Locally this candidate will be responsible for building relationships with merchants and creating valuable partnerships in any geography. We are seeking out an energetic sales hunter who is an effective communicator, a results-oriented and reliable self-starter with sales experience (including cold calling and lead generation), and with an understanding of the hospitality and/or retail industries. POS skills in payments and/or restaurant/retail management system experience will be an asset. We greatly value on-the-ground learnings shared with sales leadership and the support team. Remuneration will be comprised of a base salary and an escalating commission structure.
Typical Day: 50% Travel locally (Sales & Demo Presentations), 20% Cold-calling/Lead Generation, 10% Share on-the-ground information with sales leadership and/or support team, 10% Aftersales coordination & implementation, 10% Admin/Computer related tasks
· 2-3+ years outbound sales experience
· Excellence in presenting and acknowledging merchant and business needs
· Clear communication with teammate(s) about on-the-road learnings/difficulties
· KPI oriented with customer satisfaction as priority
