We’re looking for an experienced Director of Implementation to join our growing Customer Experience team. You will play a leadership role in building and managing a team of Implementation Specialists and Project Managers to provide a best-in-class and efficient onboarding experience for our customers. You’ll own the full engagement model from deal signing through go live, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to minimize time to value while maximizing the client experience.

  • Stellar communication. You specialize in distilling and translating technical concepts to both technical and non technical users.
  • Data-Driven: Develop and report KPI’s to the Leadership Team weekly and provide insights to that data

What we think you’ll need:

  • 5+ years in a customer-facing leadership role leading a world-class implementation team
  • Experience working in a fast pace, dynamic environment with the willingness to wear multiple hats when needed.
  • Passion about the customer experience and how transformative it can be.
  • Effective leader with a proven ability to build, inspire, and motivate teams.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset
  • An appetite to quickly and independently learn new technology, and keep up with our rapidly evolving product, business, and customer needs.
  • A strong sense of ownership and responsibility. You excel in high pressure situations and efficiently manage your time.
  • Legal authorization to work full time in the USA (we can’t sponsor visas for this role).

You’ll really impress us if you have:

  • Experience in both SaaS implementation
  • Experience or in-depth knowledge of the real estate space
  • IT/Technical/Software Eng education or experience
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Zendesk, Jira/Atlassian
