Full Gorilla Apparel is an on-field custom athletic apparel manufacturer. We have been in business since 2008, serving teams, schools and organizations from Little League to High School and Colleges across the entire United States and beyond.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales/Account Manager, in our Waddell, Arizona office, with a proven track record of sucees exceeding goals and expectations.
prior experience playing sports, coaching, being a team parent or board member, or a die-hard sports fan a plus!
The ideal candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to organize their work using tools, like CRM, MS Excel or Google Docs and Outlook/Microsoft 360. __

We are looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee, manage, and grow exsisting customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities. Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key decision makers and growing the customer base. Account Managers answer client queries and identify new sales opportunities among existing customers. This position may require occasional travel. If you are familiar with account management software (CRM), have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideally, candidates for this role will know how to meet and exceed ambitious sales quotas.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer accounts assigned
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, New and Exsisting
- Negotiate sales and close deals maximizing profits
- Develop trusted advisor relationships accounts, new and exsising customers
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery for all sales customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly goals with managment
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Skills
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key accounts at all levels of an organization.
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel or Google Docs)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration OR Sales or relevant field experiance.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
